What is The Clean Clear Committed Challenge?

For 21 Days we are going to eat meals that do not cause us uncontrollable eating. And we will eat them in a way that will reward us with steady weight lose and habits that will maintain the weight loss permanently.
The Challenge Includes:
"Eating Better" and "make a Lifestyle change" are cute phrases, but when I weighed over 300 pounds, I didn't know how to do that and I needed someone to guide me through the process. I didn't need a meal or a recipe, I needed someone to show me how to Eat Better as A Way Of Life. This was no small task, because I constantly craved food. Well, today I've lost over 100 pounds, I've kept it off for several years; and where I was a size 26/28, now I'm a size 10.
