My Story

 "Eating Better"  and  "make a Lifestyle change" are cute phrases, but when I weighed over 300 pounds, I didn't know how to do that and I needed someone to guide me through the process.  I didn't need a meal or a recipe, I needed someone to show me how to Eat Better as A Way Of Life.  This was no small task, because I constantly craved food.  Well, today I've lost over 100 pounds, I've kept it off for over 10 years; and where I was a size 26/28, now I'm a size 8.
